For your consideration, we are offering for sale this Restored 1934 Parker Senior Duofold Streamline Fountain Pen & Pencil Set in Red Permanite. This fountain pen has been thoroughly taken apart, ultrasonically cleaned, put back together, and now is in wonderful writing condition. The pencil is a Senior size and working.

I have ultrasonically cleaned the feed and section of the fountain pen. Replaced the old sac with a new rubber sac. I have hand polished the Gold-Filled Parker Clip, 2-Ring Cap Banding, and 14K Parker Duofold NIB. Cleaned, Buffed, and Polished the barrel, blind cap, and cap to bring back the vibrancy and to protect the material of the fountain pen. This Parker Duofold is the Senior Size and measures 5 1/4" capped and 6 3/8" posted. I did the same buffing and polishing of the pencil and it measures 5 1/8" inches

The fountain pen cap, barrel, and blind cap are in magnificent condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The Cap has a Gold-Filled Parker PAT. SEPT 5 16 Clip stamped and has been polished to shine brightly with no wear. The cap banding has been polished and displays a bright gold-filled color with no wear. The barrel is crisply stamped with, "GEO. S. PARKER DUOFOLD MADE IN U.S.A. with a 4 date code (for 1934_ in the 1st Quarter". There are no monograms or personalizations to either the cap or barrel. The barrel and cap have excellent overall color matching with matching color from cap to barrel.

This Senior Streamline Duofold is a Button Filler and has been tested with water and fills as it should. The filling unit operates as it was originally intended.

The Parker Duofold NIB is a 14K fine point that measures .55mm when measured with digital calipers. When writing a sample with this NIB, it writes with an extra fine to medium stroke/line. In the writing sample provided, the extra-fine to medium line ranges from .37mm to .62mm with medium to firm pressure when measured with digital calipers. The writing sample was done with the actual pen in the images that are listed for sale. The writing sample was used by dipping the NIB in Parker Quink Blue Ink.

This Duofold Pencil propels and repels the lead as it was designed without any challenges - it operates as it was originally intended to. The lead that these Parker Duofold Seniors take are 1.1mm and I have one lead inside the barrel for your use.

This is an Iconic vintage Parker Duofold Fountain Pen and Pencil set in the Senior Streamline size. Extremely difficult to find undamaged in the orange color. I would consider this Parker Duofold to easily grade in Excellent Condition and boarders on Near Mint.
